Paxos est une plateforme de tokenisation et une infrastructure blockchain. Elle est l’émettrice de nombreux actifs numériques réglementés, notamment les PayPal USD (PYUSD), Pax Dollar (USDP) et Pax Gold (PAXG).
Paxos est une fintech blockchain parmi les mieux financées, fondée en 2012, ayant levé plus de 540 millions de dollars auprès d’investisseurs de premier plan tels que Oak HC/FT, Declaration Partners, Founders Fund, Mithril Capital et PayPal Ventures. Plus de 300 employés travaillent actuellement pour Paxos.
Paxos Trust Company détient une licence et a obtenu l’autorisation de ses produits pour le trading par le New York Department of Financial Services (DFS).
Deux entités de Paxos sont enregistrées comme Major Payment Insitution à Singapour :

- Paxos Middle East Ltd (Providing Custody & Dealing in Investments as Agen)
