Description
BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund is the first tokenized fund of BlackRock on Ethereum blockchain with Securitize platform.
It is a Money Market Fund invested exclusive on U.S. Governement securities, mainly United States Treasury bills, but also notes and other securities guaranteed by the U.S. Government.
The product is offered through a legal structure involving a limited company incorporated in British Virgin Islands.
