The product is structured as a unsecured Note bearing a 10% per annum interest paid as a quarterly coupon. Its maturity date is on 2026-11-14. Subscriptions and interest calculation, payment and principal payment are made in USDT.

Mikro Kapital Alternative provides micro-credit financing to micro, small and mid-sized companies in niche markets in growing economies countries in central Europe and Central Asia such as Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Romania, Moldova, Armenia, and Italia.

Mikro Kapital Alternative can invest directly or indirectly through its operating subsidiaries in various countries.It can invest directly or indirectly in any securities linked to debts or liabilities taken by companies.

As per the product offering, the requested collateral for a company to be eligible for a loan is set at 130% of the loan value. Types of collateral accepted are real estate, equipment, goods, transport or shares of other companies.

Mikro Kapital Alternative is listed on Bitfinex Securities exchange, allowing for real time trading between accredited investors.
