Aktionariat is a Swiss company offering tokenization tools for the issuance on blockchain of equity shares by private companies in Switzerland.

Aktionariat opened up their capital to external investors using the platform they built the same way as their clients.

They offer a shareholder registry management tool for company, called the "Corporate Dashboard". Their most visible tool is a widget placed on an "Investor relation" webpage of a company (the Brokerbot), that allows the direct trading of the tokens represting company's equity shares.
