Description
The Backed ZPR1 $ 1-3 Month T-Bill is a tracker certificate issued as an ERC-20 token. It tracks the price of the SPDR Bloomberg 1-3 Month T-Bill UCITS ETF (Acc.) (the underlying fund) [ISIN IE00BJXRT698]
Its offering terms have been approved by by the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA) and in Switzerland by BX Swiss AG, according to Art. 973d et seqq. Swiss Code of Obligations ("CO") under Swiss law.
The underlying fund targets a return equal to the Bloomberg US Treasury Bills 1-3 Month Index. The underlying fund invests in zero coupon United States Treasury Bills that have a remaining maturity between 1 month and 3 months and minimum $300 million of outstanding value.
