Backed Coinbase Global is a tracker certificate issued as an ERC-20 token. It tracks the performance of the Coinbase Global Inc. stock, listed on NASDAQ (US19260Q1076).
Its offering terms have been approved by by the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA) and in Switzerland by BX Swiss AG, according to Art. 973d et seqq. Swiss Code of Obligations ("CO") under Swiss law.
The underlying fund targets a return equal to the return of Coinbase Global Inc.
