Description
BlockTower Andromeda is a special purpose vehicle responsible for investing collateral from the DAI stablecoin, according to MakerDAO governance decisions.
BlockTower Capital Advisors LP, a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, is the manager and supervisor of the assets in the TACO Foundation account.
It invests in United States Treasury Bills and bank accounts following a strict mandate on allocation by MakerDAO governance.
The structure uses the rwa-toolkit developed by MakerDAO, the MIP21 standard RWA contracts.
