Description

Ondo Short-Term US Government Treasuries is a tokenized private fund exposed to United States Treasury Bills and other United States Governement Money Market instruments.

The portfolio is currently managed like a feeder of BlackRock USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (BUIDL), meaning that > 99% of its assets are invested in BUIDL fund.

OUSG shares are tokenized as ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum and Polygon and also available on Solana.

Ondo Short-Term US Government Treasuries are available for Qualified Purchasers only.

OUSG is an accumulating token. There is a wrapped version mechanism of the token, labelled as rOUSG: a "rebasing" version with a constant $1 value and new tokens sent daily as insterests are paid out.
