Aquarius Alternative High Yield Debt Fund is an open-ended fund on STOKR tokenization platform investing in High Yield Debt from large Digital Assets players.

Debt instruments are issued in stablecoins suchs as USDT or fiat currencies such as EUR or USD.

The fund intends to benefit from the discrepancy between interest rates from lending in different currencies or stablecoins, associated with the needs for digital asset companies to manage their multi-asset liquidity.The targeted return is around 7% per annum.

The Fund is structured as an Alternative Investment Fund under the Luxembourg Law.

The minimum amount for subscription is EUR 125,000, with a 1% management fee, 20% performance fees, and 45 days notice for withdrawal if amount < 10% AUM, otherwise 90 days notice. Secondary market for this fund is available between accredited investors on Sideswap.
