Description

The New Silver Series 3 invests in "Fix and Flip" Loan: commercial purpose real estate loans securied by first liens on the subject property. The loans are short termes and used for financing the purchase and rehabilitation or construction works on the property. Loans are provided to real estate professionnals and target residential real estate.

The New Silver Series 3 is structured as an investment pool with two tranches available as ERC-20 tokens:

Senior : New Silver 3 (NS3SR) : will generate a fixed rate of return when deployed in financings, with a atarget a 8% APY.
Junior: New Silver 3 (NS3JR) : subordinated token, subject to first losses up to heir full value. The Junior tranche makes up the Junior Risk Buffer (Junior / Total Pool Value [Junior + Senior]). This buffer is set at a minimum of 15%.

Investments are made through the NS Pool 3 LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which will offer for sale to investors tokens corresponding to certain payment obligations owed to the Issuer by various real estate developers.
